The communication cockpit can centrally manage messages for any areas, such as "accounting", "service" or "returns". The employees of the responsible departments can thus get a quick overview of the message situation and switch directly to the relevant customer contact. With the help of predefined text modules, employees can quickly answer standard queries.

Electronic fax transmissions can be distributed easily, saving paper and the operation of additional fax machines.
The Business Central addon and middleware activeTAPI from Schmidt e-Services GmbH connects the telephone system with Dynamics 365 Business Central via Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). For incoming calls, the customer file and contact history are automatically displayed in the company software. One mouse click is enough to enter a new order. During absences, a clear callback list supports customer communication. ativeTAPI works manufacturer-independently with many TAPI-capable telephone systems.

The module CTI for KatarGo is completely integrated into the industry solution KatarGo and builds based on the TAPI interface the bridge to all common telephone systems (e.g. Siemens HiPath, etc.). With CTI for KatarGo your existing telephone system can be connected to KatarGo. This applies to both outgoing and incoming calls.
Already in KatarGo any number of telephone numbers can be assigned to a contact, whereby the telephone number is stored directly uniformly and formatted with the country code. On this basis, dialing processes are started and incoming calls are identified - thus eliminating the cumbersome customer search.
