Microsoft Dynamics 365 (short: D365) combines CRM and ERP in a modern business solution. Dynamics stands for CRM, NAV and AX and 365 is derived from Office 365. The former Dynamics CRM online functions marketing, service and sales are reflected in the individual modules of Dynamics 365. D365 is offered in two editions, depending on the size of the company and its orientation: Business Edition or Enterprise Edition.
