Award at the "TARGIT Visualization Competition"

A simple and clear presentation of company data plays an increasingly important role in most companies. With the TARGIT Decision Suite, TARGIT offers the appropriate analysis tool for evaluating and interpreting business data. However, presenting this data as clearly and logically as possible in the dashboard is often considered a challenge.

TARGIT has organised a competition on exactly this topic. 40 participants from all over the world had the task of designing a dashboard on the topic of the history of the Olympic Games, which was based on the following questions.

• Which country was most successful in the history of the Olympic Games?
• What is the average age of male and female athletes?
• In which discipline have the most athletes participated over time?
• Has the gender ratio changed in the history of the Olympic Games?
• Which disciplines are "extinct" and which country leads the extinct disciplines?

Our colleague and BI expert Marlene Bergmann took on exactly this task and took part in the competition. We are proud that in the end she was one of the five finalists who were awarded a trophy. We would like to congratulate her on this success and share her happiness about this award.
