The valid specification of data formats for Germany as well as the currently valid specification of data formats for Switzerland entails changes that have an influence on the OPplus/Dynamo version of the provider Continia used in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We would like to give you a brief overview here:
What is changing in detail
- Updating the data formats: The specifications for Germany and Switzerland have been updated. The German version 3.7 (valid from 17.03.2024) and the Swiss CreditTransfer version 2.0.2 SPS2023 (valid from 20.11.2023) bring important changes.
- ISO20022 version 2019: The change from ISO20022, version 2009 to version 2019 leads to changes in the namespaces, address data formats and BIC code fields in XML files.
- Affected payment formats: SEPA payments, SEPA direct debits and ISO-CH CreditTransfer are affected.
- Transition periods: The exact deadlines for switching to the new versions should be requested directly from the house bank.
- Foreign payment transactions: The DTAZV format in Germany will be replaced by the ISO20022 PAIN001.001.09-based AXZ foreign payment format in November 2025.
Availability and updates
- OPplus: Current release statuses are compatible up to version 3.63. A SEPA hotfix or release for the new version 3.7 DFÜ agreement and ISO-CH SPSP2023 is planned.
- Dynamo: Similar updates to OPplus are planned for Dynamo PAY Editions and Dynamo PAY APP.
- New payment formats: Additional payment formats according to version 3.7 DFÜ agreement and SPS 2023/2024 will be available.
- Workarounds: For older versions that are no longer supported, code changes or conversion options by the banking software manufacturers (SFirm, Profi Cash, ...) can serve as a transitional solution.
Recommendations
Es wird empfohlen, immer auf dem aktuellen Releasestand zu sein, um neue Service Packs nutzen zu können und auf die Änderungen vorbereitet zu sein. Bitte prüfen Sie auch, welches SEPA-Format aktuell verwendet wird und stimmen Sie mit Ihrem Kreditinstitut ab, ob dies ab November weiter nutzbar ist.
