we would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the latest changes to Continia's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the process for future changes.
You may have received a notification in Business Central since November 2022 that you need to accept Continia's new version of the DPA (version 2.1) or you may have received a request to sign it in paper form. Both processes will change in the future.
The future process
To simplify the process of announcing changes to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Continia will no longer obtain consent via a notification in Business Central or ask you to print, sign, and scan a paper copy. Instead, Continia will post changes to the Order Processing Agreement on the website (www.continia.com) and via email.
