In order to avoid further contagions in the context of the Corona crisis, companies are increasingly sending their employees to their home office. With the mobile communication software Teams, it is possible to maintain communication and coordination among each other. Information can be shared in teams via Messenger, telephone or video conference. The exchange of data is of course also possible.
Normally teams as part of Office 365 are subject to a fee. To give more people the opportunity to work from a secure environment, Microsoft is now offering the license for Microsoft Teams free of charge. The offer is valid until January 2021 and includes 10 GB of storage space for team files, 2 GB for personal files per user and the online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
