The official shutdown schedule at a glanceDHL has published the shutdown schedule for older versions of the Business Customer Shipping API (BSCA). Particularly relevant: The widely used version 2.x (SOAP) will be shut down for good as early as May 31, 2025. KatarGo projects could be affected by this, as the SHI API versions 2.x and 3.x were part of the solution.

Important: Affected customers have also been informed about this directly by DHL several times by e-mail and should check as soon as possible which version is currently in use.

Our recommendation

If you have not already done so, you should first update from API version 2.x to 3.x. The complete update to the new Post & Parcel interface, which has been an integral part of KatarGo since Business Central 24, can then be planned and implemented in a targeted manner.
