Preview Email Files Directly in the DMS Connector
One of the most important new features:
Email files in .eml and .msg format can now be previewed directly in the DMS Connector document preview.
This allows users to view the full content of an email before storing it in the DMS – including subject, body text, and attachments. It simplifies review processes, speeds up document filing, and increases transparency when working with DMS documents.

Automatically Extract ZIP Files in the DMS Drop Form
The current release also introduces another useful enhancement for everyday workflows:
ZIP files can now be automatically extracted when dragged and dropped onto the DMS Drop Form.
This option can be flexibly configured in the DMS settings and saves time when filing multiple documents from ZIP archives – without requiring manual extraction beforehand.
