Document Capture: New major release

The Continia solution Document Capture automatically captures and processes invoices and other documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV. This speeds up processes, minimises sources of error and makes the process of processing incoming documents in Business Central / NAV completely transparent and scalable.  

An integrated optical character recognition (OCR) enables the automatic capture of documents and additionally a full text search of all documents processed by Document Capture. Thus, for example, the correct documents can be found very quickly by means of a serial number.

With the now completed release of version 6.5 of Document Capture, the following improvements have been made possible.

• Advanced approval in Business Central cloud (saas)
• Line level amount and percentage tolerance
• Add and split order lines during the matching process
• Serial and lot number matching
• Configurable messages in the comment section
• Automatic delegation of documents based on comments
