The combination of Outlook and Dynamics 365 as a business application is for many users a basic requirement for their daily work.
Dynamics 365 is the leading application in the integration solutions of Dynamics 365 for Outlook (also known as Outlook COM Add-in) and more recently with the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, which offers users an even greater benefit through improved functions, reliability and performance.
Now Microsoft has announced the discontinuation of the old Outlook Add-in as of October 01, 2020. Users are advised to switch to the new "Dynamics 365 App for Outlook" as soon as possible and to benefit directly from its many advantages.
