Update of the Microsoft customer contract
By October 2019, users of Microsoft cloud products, such as Office 365, Dynamics 365, or Azure, had to accept and sign the Microsoft Cloud Agreement before it could be deployed. Microsoft has revised this agreement and made it available since October 2019 under the name Microsoft Customer Agreement. In order to continue to provide existing services and licenses, the new agreement must be signed by subscribers and confirmed by us by the end of January 2020. Until then, the existing agreement will remain in place for a transitional period.
We will contact all subscribers of the affected Microsoft services until the required confirmation at the end of January 2020 in order to coordinate the necessary documents and obtain the required approval.
