The company Infoniqa recently announced the acquisition of haveldata GmbH at the turn of the year.
Infoniqa Holding GmbH is already one of the fastest-growing HR software companies in the DACH region. As a specialist for software and service solutions in all areas of administrative and strategic HR work, the company is one of the few full-service providers on the market. With innovative HR software solutions and services in the areas of consulting and training, the company is broadly positioned. Since the turn of the year, the German company haveldata GmbH has also been part of the group. This makes Infoniqa the German market leader for payroll accounting fully integrated in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
With the merger, Infoniqa now has around 250 employees at 10 locations. More than 2.5 million users use the various software solutions in their companies.
haveldata customers now have access to the extended Infoniqa portfolio in addition to the payroll and personnel management solution NAPA3, thus offering further possibilities for digitalisation in the area of personnel.
