Important changes to Microsoft licences: Act now

We would like to inform you about important changes to Microsoft licences that will come into force on 1 October 2024. Please note the following points:

Licence acquisition Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premises

• The prices and conditions for the purchase of NAV/Business Central On-Premises licences will be adjusted.
• A fee of 19% on the existing licence value will be charged for Microsoft Enhancement Plan renewals and licence extensions.

Our recommendation: Purchase NAV/Business Central users and properties before 1 October 2024 to benefit from the current conditions.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premises

• From 1 April 2025, initial licensing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premises will only be possible in the subscription or CSP model (subscription).
• Note: On-premises operation of Business Central remains possible.

Our recommendation: Are you planning to introduce new Business Central on-premises licences? We will be happy to offer you the desired scope. Initial licensing before 1 April 2025 also allows you to purchase licences (user) from Microsoft downstream.

Proprietary solutions from TSO-DATA

• From 1 January 2025, we will apply 18% for our own modules/licences.
• When licensing a new TSO solution, we will only offer the subscription price model (valid from 01.04.2025).
• Existing on-premises installations can continue to extend their TSO DATA solution using the purchase model.
