With the Intrastat declarations, the Federal Statistical Office records the actual movement of Community goods between Member States of the European Community (dispatches and arrivals).
As of the reporting month January 2022, the new European legal bases for foreign trade statistics now apply. The changes affecting declarations for intra-Community trade statistics will take effect at the time of transmission of the reporting month January 2022 (at the latest on the 10th working day of February 2022).
Thus, in customs declarations as well as in Intrastat entry and dispatch declarations, a new list of types of transaction must be applied for the indication of the survey characteristic "type of transaction". In Intrastat dispatch declarations, in addition to the previous characteristics, the country of origin of the goods and the VAT identification number of the trading partner in the country of destination must then also be indicated.
The Federal Statistical Office has prepared further information and a change guide on this website.
Microsoft supports the changes in defined versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2017 and NAV 2018. In the other versions, a downgrade is also required. Important note: It is mandatory to exchange application objects.
We will be happy to provide you with a corresponding offer for the implementation for the version you are using. We look forward to hearing from you.
