Jahreswechselseminar 2022/2023

On 20.01.2023, TSO-DATA once again held its annual New Year's seminar, to which we welcomed more than 60 participants on site in Osnabrück and in parallel via livestream using Microsoft Teams.

In three exciting lecture blocks we informed about the legal changes in the wage and salary area, about the innovations in the wage, salary and personnel solutions NAPA3 and about the personnel time recording, personnel resource planning and the store floor data collection directly in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV using TempVision.

For our format we were again able to win none other than the renowned speaker Dipl. Finanzwirt Heinz-Willi Schaffhausen, who, after a short introduction by Dirk Frommeyer, Managing Director TSO-DATA, presented in his entertaining way the important changes that affect companies at the turn of the year. In addition to the current changes in the law for employers and employees, right at the start of the lecture, among other things, the Tax Relief Act 2022 and the included energy price flat rate were highlighted. The fourth Corona Tax Relief Act, the Relief Package III and Annual Tax Act, and the Inflation Adjustment Act were also discussed in their respective details.

The following, joint breakfast break offered the opportunity for personal exchange between the participants. Heinz-Willi Schaffhausen then presented the latest news on the provision of company cars (including electric vehicles) and travel expenses law. In addition, he gave the participants a comprehensive overview of the current case law and various administrative decisions in the area of income tax.

After a short break, Christina Bankes from TSO-DATA together with Thilo Schulz from CTM Systemhaus presented the new functions in NAPA3, the payroll add-on for the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Subsequently, Dominik Stein from Tempras GmbH & Co.KG reported in his presentation "TempVision - Time Recording in your ERP System" about personnel time recording, personnel resource planning and store floor data collection directly in Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.

Due to the hybrid format of our seminar, it was also possible this year for the participants to personally exchange and compactly inform themselves, to question topics in order to successfully implement the innovations in their own issues and challenges.
