Microsoft has announced that pricing for several Microsoft 365 and Office 365 licensing plans will increase effective July 1, 2026. The update affects Business, Enterprise, and Frontline licenses and aligns with Microsoft’s ongoing investments in AI, security, and endpoint management technologies. The new pricing is published in USD and may vary by region depending on local currency adjustments
Which licenses are affected?
Microsoft is adjusting list prices across multiple SKUs. According to the official pricing information, the following changes will apply (USD per user/month)
