In a recent statement, Microsoft has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to ethical business practices and its firm stance against corruption—regardless of a new executive order issued by the U.S. government.
On February 10, 2025, the U.S. President signed an Executive Order temporarily pausing the enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), a law that prohibits U.S. companies from bribing foreign government officials. Despite this regulatory change, Microsoft remains fully committed to its global anti-corruption policy.
As an official Microsoft partner, TSO-DATA strongly supports this clear dedication to integrity and compliance. Microsoft has confirmed that all existing policies and agreements—including the Partner and Supplier Code of Conduct as well as anti-corruption guidelines—remain fully in effect.
Nicole Dezen, Chief Partner Officer at Microsoft, emphasized: “Ethical business conduct remains a core part of our values and mission. Our customers and partners can trust that we adhere to the highest compliance standards worldwide.”
For businesses relying on Microsoft technologies, this means continued transparency and a reliable partnership. TSO-DATA stands by your side to provide secure, compliant, and future-proof Microsoft solutions.
