With the DMS Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online (SaaS - Software as a Service), you can replicate your master and process data from any Business Central table into M-Files objects. And it's all cloud-based. You simply use your customers, suppliers or projects from Business Central to tag your documents such as quotes, orders, invoices in M-Files with metadata. The DMS Connector is easy to set up and configure without the need for a major implementation project or significant investment in time and IT resources.

More data sources for mapping metadata
There is now a wider range of data sources to which properties for objects and classes can be linked. Now text, date, yes/no selection, BC lookup, BC link and M-Files value list are also available for mapping. This allows users to drag and drop more M-Files metadata when uploading documents.
Synchronise workflow status
It is now possible to synchronise the workflow status of M-Files documents with Business Central. The workflow status is displayed in the document's factbox.
Extension of the "supported facility" for Http requests for activation
Http requests are required to use the app. These can now be activated during the "supported setup" for the app.
Synchronise M-Files value lists
Now M-Files value lists can be populated and synchronised from Business Central tables.
