On March 26, 2025, the new version of the TARGIT Decision Suite 2025 was released (Build 25.03.19002). This version includes numerous new features and optimizations that make working with the BI platform even more powerful and user-friendly. Below is an overview of the key enhancements:
Scheduled Jobs – Dynamic Distribution
With the new Dynamic Distribution feature, distribution lists can now be created directly in TARGIT as cross tables. These lists can be flexibly extended using KPIs, calculations, visibility agents, and additional dimensions. This creates dynamic distributions that automatically adapt to predefined conditions.
Separate Menus
When inserting a saved menu into a dashboard, it is now possible to separate it from the original menu. This saves time by reusing existing designs and layouts – especially helpful when creating new menus.
InMemory ETL – AI-Based Forecasts
A new task called AI Forecasting is now available in InMemory ETL projects. It uses modern time series models to generate precise predictions based on your data. The forecasted values are stored in tables and can be analyzed alongside historical data.
Inactivity Timeout in Anywhere Client
Sessions in the Anywhere Client can now be automatically terminated after a defined period of inactivity. This improves security and supports effective session management.
Session Duration Limit
In addition to the inactivity rule, a maximum session duration can now be set for individual logins. After this time has elapsed, users will need to log in again.
Drillthrough on Virtual Cubes
In the Data Model Editor, drillthroughs on virtual cubes can now be configured – both for InMemory and relational data sources.
