November 2024 Release Notes: Improvements in M-Files Online

The M-Files document management system offers companies an innovative solution for the efficient management and organisation of documents and information. With a centralised platform, M-Files enables smooth management of workflows and documents, supports collaboration and ensures fast, location-independent access.

The November 2024 release brings numerous optimisations that make M-Files even more powerful and user-friendly:

  • Object visibility updated without delay through pseudo user permission changes:

Changes to pseudo user based permissions in access control lists now update object visibility without delay.

  • Recently used values suggested in M-Files Web:

At the top of the list for a value list based property, M-Files Web now shows up to five values you have recently used for that property. This can be very helpful when you repeatedly use the same values for specific properties.

How do I connect M-Files to my ERP system?

For companies that want to connect M-Files with the ERP system Business Central, the DMS Connector from TSO-DATA offers seamless integration. Find out more about the possibilities of the DMS Connector and how it can optimise your document management.
