09.11.2021
Also for the year 2022, some important changes in the law are coming up again, which may require adjustments in your software for the wage, salary and personnel area.
In addition to the increase in the minimum wage from 01.01.2022, some of the changes also concern the Company Pension Strengthening Act. The extension of the Corona Bonus as a tax-free special payment for employees was set to expire on 31.03.2022, so this measure also drags into next year and may need to be considered.
Do you use e-cars as company cars? Here, the calculation of the private use share will change from 2022. Another adjustment applies to the non-monetary remuneration exemption limit - from 1 January 2022, all employers will then be able to provide their employees with non-monetary remuneration (such as petrol vouchers, meal vouchers, a job ticket and company health insurance) tax-free up to 50 euros instead of the previous 44 euros.
