Stiftung Warentest has examined 12 video chat programs in a current test, which shows Microsoft Teams as the test winner. In addition to good image and sound transmission, the easy handling was especially emphasized. Another advantage is the availability of a free version of Microsoft Teams.
The Teams solution, which can also be used on the move, offers the possibility of maintaining communication and coordination with one another at any location (e.g. even in the home office). Information can be shared in teams via Messenger, as a telephone call or video conference. The exchange of data and collaboration on documents is also possible.
