TSO-DATA GmbH has donated a total of €6,300 to the Osnabrück Outpatient Children’s Hospice Service as part of an internal fundraising campaign. Of this amount, €3,300 was contributed directly by the staff of the Osnabrück IT service provider, and the company added a further €3,000. The donation will support specific projects and tailored services for families with children suffering from life-limiting illnesses.
At the formal handover ceremony, both parties expressed their gratitude for the close collaboration. Pictured at the presentation (from left to right) are Laura Riedel (Marketing, TSO-DATA), Tanja Wille (Coordinator, Osnabrück Outpatient Children’s Hospice Service), and Anne Sigrist (Head of Administration, TSO-DATA).
“The work of the Outpatient Children’s Hospice Service commands the utmost respect. It’s inspiring to see the empathy and personal commitment with which families in need are supported. We were quickly convinced that we wanted to promote this dedication together with our employees,” said Anne Sigrist of TSO-DATA.
Tanja Wille, Coordinator of the Osnabrück Outpatient Children’s Hospice Service, emphasized the vital role such donations play in their day-to-day work: “Thanks to this support, we can not only continue our existing programs, but also expand them in targeted ways—such as music sessions, creative workshops, or animal-assisted interventions with our therapy dog, Camilo. These experiences offer families brief respites and precious memories that endure long afterward.”
The Osnabrück Outpatient Children’s Hospice Service accompanies families—in which a child, adolescent, or young adult has been diagnosed with a life-shortening condition—from the moment of diagnosis onward. Trained volunteers provide continuous, individually tailored support to the sick child, their siblings, and parents, often over many years.
