TSO-DATA receives data protection certificate again for 2026

TSO-DATA has once again been successfully audited and awarded the official data protection certificate for the year 2026, just as in previous years. This confirms—both internally and to our customers, partners, and employees—our consistently high standards in data protection, information security, and the responsible handling of personal data.

The audit covered a detailed catalogue ensuring that all relevant requirements of the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) are met. The assessment included, among other aspects:

• Structured data protection organization: clear internal policies and defined responsibilities.
• Employee commitment and training: awareness building and regular training on secure data processing.
• Documentation of processing activities: complete and up-to-date records of processing activities.
• Building and IT security: technical and organizational measures were reviewed and confirmed.
• Handling of external data recipients: transparent and legally compliant data processing and confidentiality agreements.
• Transparent communication towards data subjects: clear information for customers, suppliers, applicants, and users of digital services.
• Process reliability in handling data subject requests and data breaches.

This certification once again confirms our sustainable data protection compliance and underlines our commitment to maintaining the highest standards at all times. It is a central component of our quality promise as a Microsoft partner and IT service provider.
