The TSO-DATA Solution Days 2023, which took place last week on 19 and 20.04.2023, were a great success for our company and offered a great added value to all participants. We were thrilled that so many interested people from different industries attended the event and learned about innovative solutions for digital transformation - not only at our premises in Osnabrück, but also online in the stream.
Our top-class speakers provided exciting insights into current trends and best practices in the field of digitalization. In addition, there were case studies from practice for practice, which showed how very individual tasks were solved:
Whether it was the digitization of the third-division soccer club VfL Osnabrück, which the club's managing director Dr. Michael Welling told us about in a talk with our managing director Dirk Frommeyer, or the exciting description of the ERP update project to a current version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, in which Johannes Kampmann as IT manager of Freeze Dry Foods (GRONEWEG GRUPPE) presented the learnings of such a process very clearly.
Immediate added value was offered during the event on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, in the practical workshop "Create your App in a day", in which participants created a fully functional visitor registration app using Microsoft Power Apps in just 2 hours.
At the subsequent gin tasting, not only the experiences of the workshop could be deepened, but also the general challenges posed by digitalization across industries could be discussed in a relaxed atmosphere.
The knowledge about gin was not neglected either and was deepened by means of a quiz among the participants. We wish the winner of the quiz much joy with her prize, a bottle of original Danish gin, imported by our Danish guests, the gin and business intelligence experts Hans Henrik Hansen and Niels Thomsen from our partner TARGIT.
With an opening keynote, a total of 14 presentations and a closing live talk, we were then able to offer a wide-ranging program of topics on Thursday, 20.04.2023, around the services of TSO-DATA, which offered inspiration and problem solutions for every requirement and task of the participants - as also reflected by the numerous positive feedbacks.
On Thursday, news about Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM) and evaluation options using business intelligence were presented, as well as the topic of Power Apps and Modern Workplace with Microsoft 365. The presentation about the smart digitalization of documents proved that folders are outdated - thanks to Resco Inspections, paperless and even offline, e.g. maintenance procedures or inspections can be carried out on site at the customer's premises, linked to the CRM.
TSO-DATA's own and new developments such as the recruiting solution STAFF UNITE, the industry solution KatarGo for mail order/wholesale (which offers very special advantages in the area of unified commerce with the connection to LS Central as TSO Unify), the WebConnector (the interface between ERP system and webshop/marketplace) and the Finance module for BI also met with great approval and demand from the audience - as did the IT security solution XB3observer, which protects against digital blackmail.
Overall, TSO-DATA Solution Days 2023 was again a great opportunity for us to showcase our expertise in digitalization and connect with other industry professionals. We look forward to hosting the event again next year and helping even more companies use their data more effectively.
