When I joined the company in 1997, I appreciated the family and open corporate culture from the very beginning. It was shaped by the spirit of the founding partners, who felt part of a corporate family. They founded our value system, which is still firmly anchored in the company today, where the focus on people and sustainable growth is understood to be in harmony with the expectations of our employees, customers and partners. Good projects are made by people who draw their motivation from a positive corporate environment and are thus successful for our customers in a team spirit. With more than 15 years of company affiliation, I naturally remember quite a few experiences. But I don't just count the great company events like May Week and Christmas market visits or summer parties and Christmas celebrations, which regularly provide great and long fun. The supervision of the various projects and the cooperation with the team and the clients are also partly unforgettable. As well as we have supported large companies with updates of the company software in a coordinated manner in the team of 20, or that we have toasted the success of smaller projects with the customers with a joint after-work beer. Personal contact is an important criterion in every project; I remember more than just the extension number of most of the contact persons in the company. And I think that's what makes TSO-DATA special - employees for whom "IT at heart" is not just a slogan, but a motto they live by.

The new start from an insolvent company under the direction of the staff at that time is of course firmly in my memory. It was a very exciting phase, which we mastered as a sworn community, always looking positively ahead - also thanks to the support of our customer base, who continued to trust our services. Technical progress over the past 30 years has fortunately freed us from dot matrix printers and monochrome monitors. Likewise, software has become much more powerful and has made cooperation with our customers and partners much more efficient. In business, transparency, openness, competence, friendliness and consistency are just as important - values that we still live by today in our dealings with each other and for which we are held in high esteem. Even though the initial 25 employees have now grown to more than 200 at three locations, we still see ourselves as a strong team. I am certain that our shared sense of responsibility for the big picture will continue to have a lasting impact on TSO-DATA.

I haven't been with the company that long, but I have felt warmly welcomed into the TSO-DATA family since day one, which is something I really didn't expect. What I'm already taking with me is the holistic customer care that TSO-DATA puts in the foreground. Cloud technology is also becoming increasingly important in the area of my training as an Management Assistant in IT-systems.
