By connecting KatarGo to LS Central using the LS Connector, we have created an intelligent tool that maps the complete e-commerce area with its web shops as well as the retail business including all stores in one corporate solution. With the combination of the two solutions, we achieved an optimal multi-channel and omni-channel capability for a better and more focused customer service.
