The United Nations Electronic Data Interchange For Administration, Commerce and Transport - short EDIFACT - is a cross-industry, international standard for the exchange of business data.

Trade and industry use the format, for example, for electronic documents such as notifications, delivery notes or invoices. In order to participate in data traffic, a converter is required that performs the job of a "data hub". The EDI solution was successfully integrated into the cooperative Rajapack project of Anveo and TSO-DATA.


ZUGFeRD is a format standard that enables the uniform and secure exchange of invoices between companies. A ZUGFeRD document always consists of PDF and XML data, so that it can be read by humans and machines. In order to export ZUGFeRD compliant invoices directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV, TSO-DATA works together with Anveo, whose module Anveo EDI Connect offers the following benefits:

  • Electronic exchange of invoices without having to agree on the format in advance
  • Automation of many processes possible thanks to electronic data exchange
  • Saving of resources (time, costs, etc.)

ATLAS customs clearance

Since 2009, the export industry has been obliged to submit export declarations via the Automated Tariff and Local Customs Clearance System (ATLAS) of Customs. The benefits are on both sides: With ATLAS, inefficient paper forms, long processing times and the way to the customs office are eliminated. In order to participate in the ATLAS procedure, an appropriately equipped company software is required.

TSO-DATA from Osnabrück uses the "Comsol Exposys" add-on from Microsoft partner Comsol for this purpose.


The job of the replicator is to replicate data between different databases. For TSO-DATA the RapidiOnline replicator is the first choice. The software is easy to use and designed for fast processing of large data volumes. Replication orders can be individually designed and largely automated.

Sanctions list check

Those who undermine economic or political sanctions can be prepared for heavy penalties. Ignorance does not protect companies. "SANScreen" by Microsoft partner Comsol checks whether deliveries and planned exports break current sanctions. For this purpose, recipients and goods are compared with official blocking lists. In addition, companies can check the VAT ID of their business partners.
