Warehouse management system

Carrier Integration for Business Central – Flexible and Fully Integrated

Fast shipping and accurate labeling require optimal integration with various carriers, both domestic and international. In addition to printing shipping labels (and, if necessary, customs declarations), shipment data must be transmitted electronically to enable tracking.

TSO-DATA offers several integration options for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV:

  • Direct integration with carrier-specific software (e.g., DHL Easylog, DPD Delisprint, UPS Worldship)

Online MDE for mobile hand scanners

Mobile scanners are popular for optimizing warehouse processes. The devices, consisting of barcode scanner, keyboard and display, replace paper documents - tasks for employees are now shown step by step in the display.

The Online-MDE module from TSO-DATA enables the direct connection of mobile data acquisition devices (MDEs) to Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV. On the one hand, data can be transferred directly to Business Central after scanning, on the other hand, only information about e.g. article stocks can be provided.

Online MDE for Pick-by-Voice

Voice picking is a popular instrument for optimising picking processes. Using Pick-by-Voice devices, communication with the order picker takes place exclusively via headset.

TSO-DATA has developed the Online MDE module to connect Pick-by-Voice devices with Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV. By integrating the module into Business Central, picking instructions can be transmitted directly from the ERP system via radio/WLAN to the picker's headset. The picker picks the items named to him and confirms the process via the integrated voice recognition by microphone after the goods have been picked.

Printed picking lists and annoying work steps are replaced by higher picking performance, picking accuracy and transparent and up-to-date company data in the familiar Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV interface. All tracking data are always stored directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
