Get more out of Dynamics 365 Business Central

Add-ons extend the standard functional scope of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV at the decisive points. They provide more information and more efficient business processes. And there is another advantage: What is available as an add-on does not have to be programmed first. The following functional enhancements are examples of many others from the world of Microsoft Dynamics.

Supplier evaluation

An extensive supplier base drives up procurement costs. Many companies therefore limit the number of their partners and suppliers in order to simplify the placing of orders or to take advantage of economies of scale. But which partners are the best? The add-on "Supplier Evaluation" helps to separate the wheat from the chaff with questionnaires, classifications, grading systems or ABC analyses. Common criteria are, for example, quality, service or price. 

Article classification

Article classification evaluates products according to certain characteristics or attributes. This is based on individual questionnaires. Based on the results, articles can be assigned to different groups, which simplifies, for example, the selection of materials for the production of new products.

Credit assessment with creditPass

New business partners are often difficult to assess in terms of creditworthiness. And even with existing customers, the liquidity situation can change quickly. The direct connection to the creditPass business information service protects companies from unpleasant surprises. The creditworthiness data can be retrieved automatically - for example for certain order volumes, payment procedures or customer groups. The creditPass interface checks bank details as well as business customers and private individuals.

Object Manager Advanced

With the Object Manager Advanced (short: OMA) from the TSO-DATA partner idyn, system adaptations can be fully documented. OMA is integrated in Microsoft Dynamics, which guarantees the complete documentation of all system changes. Especially when several developers or partners are working on the same project, communication among each other is often difficult. Who made which changes to an object, when and how? With OMA, you get transparent version management that simplifies collaboration between developers and administrators.

In addition, the program prevents incomplete projects from being delivered by checking projects for overlaps.

Branches and cash registers

TSO-DATA relies on LS POS, a POS application from LS Retail that is fully integrated into LS Retail and works both online and offline, among other things, in the branches and tills area - this reduces reliability to a minimum. LS POS enables your customers to order online and then pick up the goods at the next store. With LS POS, your cash register is developing more and more from point of sale to point of service.

In addition to LS POS, TSO-DATA also relies on the BE.POS add-on module from BEDAV GmbH in Leipzig. BE.POS is a POS solution certified by Microsoft that supports you in combining POS, marketing and administration. With BE.POS, your employees have access to relevant information such as stock levels, product data and customer accounts and can provide customers with information directly at the point of sale. BE.POS integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
