Omnichannel

Omnichannel (also known as cross-channel) describes a business approach that combines two or more communication and distribution channels to provide customers with a holistic shopping experience. Data that a customer enters during a purchasing process, for example in an online shop, is automatically available at the point of sale (POS) and vice versa. This makes it easier for them to switch between channels.
