SCM

Supply-Chain-Management, or SCM, refers to the creation and management of logistics chains (material and information flows) across the entire value-added process, from raw material extraction to the end consumer. By concentrating on core competencies, supply chains with a division of labour and many participants are increasingly developing. Supply chain management thus describes the design and process within a complete supply chain.
