Body Attack is one of the leading sports nutrition providers in Germany and has experienced strong growth in recent years. New stores, franchise partners, and a booming online business have driven the company’s success. However, behind the scenes the IT landscape told a different story — it was fragmented across multiple standalone solutions. An outdated ERP system, a custom-built POS application, and separate systems for e-commerce resulted in complex, error-prone processes with frequent outages. Data had to be maintained multiple times, and reporting was time-consuming.
At the same time, intercompany coordination and inventory reservation required significant manual effort, making logistics difficult to manage. Additional legal requirements, such as TSE compliance, could not be fulfilled with the existing infrastructure. In short: IT became a barrier to growth. For Body Attack, the path was clear — the company needed an integrated platform that would connect all channels and provide the foundation for sustainable growth.
The goal was to consolidate all processes into one central system — from in-store operations to online business and logistics. Automation, transparency, and scalability were essential, as was the ability to easily integrate new sales channels.
TSO-DATA delivered a solution that met all these requirements: TSO Unify. It combines KatarGo — the industry solution for wholesale and e-commerce based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — with LS Central for store and franchise processes. Both systems run on a shared database, forming the backbone of a true unified commerce strategy.
The result: seamless end-to-end processes from the store to the online shop and beyond. The solution is enhanced with Power BI for business intelligence, EDI via Anvaigo EDI Connect, and a document management integration. The entire platform runs as SaaS, offering maximum stability and flexibility.
“Thanks to LS Central and KatarGo from TSO-DATA, our processes finally come together in one system. The integration of all sales channels and the automation of intercompany workflows save us noticeable time every week. TSO-DATA impressed us from day one with professionalism, pragmatism, and genuine partnership — we feel completely supported there,”
confirms Philip Eggerstedt, CEO of Body Attack.
The project was implemented in two phases: first, the rollout of store and franchise processes with LS Central, followed by the integration of e-commerce, ERP, and KatarGo logistics. TSO-DATA relied on an agile project methodology with clear structure, regular workshops, and transparent communication. The outcome: a collaborative partnership described by the client as “professional, pragmatic, and reliable.”
Today, all Body Attack processes come together in a single central system. Intercompany workflows and inventory reservations are fully automated, webshops are directly integrated, and marketplace orders flow seamlessly into the system. Store management has become significantly more efficient, and logistics are optimized. All of this is delivered on a stable, scalable SaaS platform that provides room for further growth.
A project that demonstrates how digitalization succeeds in practice — efficient, collaborative, and future‑oriented.
