KatarGo - efficient features optimise your mail order business

KatarGo is the holistic and certified industry solution for mail order, e-commerce and wholesale based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the ERP system from Microsoft for SMEs.

The complete package combines finance, merchandise management, warehouse management and e-commerce in one solution. Whether B2B or B2C, in classic sales or omni-channel - KatarGo brings together the various sales channels from online shops and marketplaces to catalogues, call centres and branches so that you can reach your customers everywhere. As a modern multi- and omni-channel company, you are optimally positioned with KatarGo.

With the KatarGo notification module, it is possible to create or send many different notifications. The communication channels e-mail, letter and fax are supported. A notification can be created interactively by the user, but also automatically by the system through a certain event. For example, a dispatch notification is generated when the delivery for a sales order is booked.

With the current release, the notification dispatch has been extended once again and the possibility has been created to define deviating recipients for the so-called notification processes. This means that it does not necessarily have to be the case that the original contact receives all notifications for their order. For example, it is possible that the invoice is sent directly to another contact or another e-mail address than the original orderer.
