A current IT project at Osnabrück Zoo shows how regional companies and institutions can benefit from each other. Together with Osnabrück University, TSO-DATA and Zoo Osnabrück , the customer management system Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online / Dynamics 365 was introduced in the cloud at Zoo Osnabrück in mid-2015. The university's initial practical project, led by Professor Andreas Schmidt, has now been " truly " integrated into the daily workflows of the Zoo with the help of TSO-DATA. With the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365, visitors, sponsors, club members and animal sponsors can now receive even more professional and sustainable support.
It is extremely important for us in the IT industry to strengthen our cooperation with the university and find additional opportunities for interesting projects. The cooperation for all involved parties is a win-win situation. There are always innovations in the IT sector and students often have good ideas, because they approach new things in a completely free minded way without looking at the company.
During the CRM implementation, TSO-DATA always considered the helpful results of the students and the zoo's scarce financial resources. In addition to conception and implementation, TSO-DATA will continue to support the Osnabrück Zoo in customer management with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
