Navision - ERP solution

Microsoft Navision (now Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) is the leading ERP software for medium-sized companies. Navision was originally developed by a Danish company, Navision Software A/S. In 2002 Microsoft took over the Danish manufacturer Navision Software A/S. The integration of Navision into the Microsoft Business Solutions division resulted in the ERP solution Navision, which was renamed Microsoft Dynamics NAV in 2008.

The business software was created especially for medium-sized companies. Its performance, transparency, flexibility and ease of use are the defining features of the solution.

The NAV successor Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an all-in-one business solution that can be operated on local servers or in data centers (on-premises) and is also provided directly by Microsoft as Software-as-a-Service (SaasS).
