The basic data protection regulation (DSGVO / GDPR) has created a uniform legal framework in the European Union. The Regulation has brought rules into force for all companies and organisations that offer goods and services in the EU or collect and analyse data on EU citizens. Since 25 May 2018, for example, there has been an obligation to document, evaluate and, upon request, make available electronically any process in which personal data are recorded, processed or stored in the system.
According to a recent survey by bitkom, however, the economy is increasingly taking data protection rules as a challenge. TSO-DATA supports companies in implementing the GDPR requirements in their business solutions, e.g. with the GDPR-Toolbox for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) and Business Central.
This add-on solution supports you in fulfilling the GDPR requirements regarding the documentation and reporting of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises / Microsoft Dynamics NAV processes - such as identifying personal data, classifying tables and generating and processing deletion and anonymization proposals. Respond within the legal deadline, e.g. to requests from affected parties - document them and, if required, inform or export the personal data from Business Central / NAV. Check and document user logins and access rights in Dynamics and reduce your documentation effort with integrated analyses.
The GDPR Toolbox for CRM-Microsoft Dynamics 365 from TSO-DATA supports you in meeting the DSGVO requirements for documentation and reporting of your CRM-Dynamics 365 processes. Respond within the legal deadline, e.g. to requests from affected parties - document them and, if required, export and send the personal data from CRM-Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The EU Data Protection Directive poses a challenge for users of the M-Files ECM solution. On the one hand, personal data must be better protected, and on the other hand, it must be possible to retrieve information quickly and easily. In addition, data must be deleted after their respective retention periods. The GDPR toolbox for M-Files solves these requirements with the help of M-Files' metadata-based document storage. This is because data protection regulations and data destruction regulations are properties, i.e. "keywords", called metadata, that can be automatically or individually specified for each document class.
