Microsoft informs - specifically addressed to Dynamics 365 On-Premises users - that the decommissioning of the Microsoft CustomerSource website will take place on 15.02.2021.
In preparation for the launch of the new source, relevant and up-to-date content and product downloads have been added to docs.microsoft.com and organised by product line. You can access this content there to familiarise yourself with the pages and find and highlight content that is important to you. Once the CustomerSource website is decommissioned, you will be redirected to the new website.
You will not need to log in to view content on docs.microsoft.com for the on-premises product lines. However, before you can download product hotfixes or new product versions and access the Customer Business Centre, you must log in to authenticate your organisation. To do this, use your existing CustomerSource username and password to log in.
