The TSO-DATA Solution Days 2024, which took place on April 17 and 18 in Osnabrück and online, proved to be a key event for over 130 IT industry insiders and decision-makers. Under the motto "AI Revolution: Innovation Today, Success Tomorrow", the event provided a comprehensive platform to explore and discuss the latest advances and applications of artificial intelligence (AI).
Workshop and networking
The practical workshop entitled "ChatGPT? Just build your own chatbot with your own company data" by Steffen Hackmann and Steven Jacques kicked off the Solution Days on the first day and was met with great interest. The participants had the opportunity to apply their knowledge directly.
Networking after the workshop was encouraged by the relaxing beer tasting at the end of the first day, where participants were able to socialize and discuss in a relaxed atmosphere.
Presentations and discussions
The presentations on the second day started with a keynote speech by Thomas Hagedorn, which set the tone for an exciting day full of intensive discussions and presentations.
A central highlight was the panel discussion "Quo Vadis AI", chaired by Thomas Hagedorn, which provided an outlook on the future of AI and encouraged reflection on ethical issues.
In addition, topics such as Next-Gen ERP: AI functions in Dynamics 365 Business Central, marketing automation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Journey, AI-supported document processing and xRechnung (new obligations from 01.01.2025 for B2B invoices) were discussed and presented in individual presentations.
At the same time, seven of our partners - CKL Software, Continia Software, RC Rhenania Computer, Bissantz & Company, Brandt & Singleton, ForNAV and Infoniqa - provided information about their products and services at their info points and in their own breakout sessions.
Positive feedback and outlook
With an overwhelmingly positive response from both participants and speakers, the Solution Days 2024 went down as a significant success in the TSO-DATA event list. The event ended with a strong commitment from participants to take the knowledge gained back to their companies and implement the innovative technologies discussed. You can already look forward to the TSO-DATA Solution Days 2025, for which exciting topics and speakers are already being planned.
