In 2022, the TSO-DATA Customer Day took place again - in the still special situation and as a premiere this year in hybrid form. We were able to welcome some guests at our premises in Osnabrück, while other interested parties took part simultaneously online via Microsoft Teams. With consistently positive feedback from the many participants, we can also look back on a successful event with this format.
The TSO-DATA Customer Day on Thursday, 17.03.2022, was designed as a platform for virtual exchange and was a complete success, as confirmed by the participants. In a variety of presentations, we gave our customers and interested parties an exciting review and outlook of our company, our solutions and projects.
To start with, it was all about the news around the current version of the business suite Microsoft Dynamics 365, the focus here was on the ERP solution Business Central and also the CRM system. Christian Muris then showed the advantages of providing our industry solution KatarGo in the cloud - and how an on-premises installation can be migrated there without any problems.
Steffen Hackmann presented Resco Inspections, a tool that helps you create digital workflows with questionnaires that can be used on- and offline. In parallel, our partner Anveo presented its EDI solution for Business Central, which makes it much easier to integrate business partners fully automatically into your own processes.
Subsequently, further parallel sessions dealt with the advantages of a virtual desktop environment in the form of Azure Virtual Desktop and showed which technologies can be used to easily connect systems such as ERP, CRM, webshops and others. The third presentation focused once again on our industry solution KatarGo, where Andreas Jasper-Bruns and Mario Kollmer presented how processes can be further optimised, thereby extending the benefits of KatarGo even further.
After a break with a joint lunch, the topics of Business Intelligence and the advantages of connecting ERP and BI with ready-made modules and how you can serve your customers perfectly on all channels thanks to Unified Commerce continued. This was clearly explained using a customer project and the simultaneous use of KatarGo and LS Central.
Daniel Wagner from our partner G DATA demonstrated IT security and how you can reliably protect your company against it (keyword: sensitising employees!) in one of the concluding parallel lectures. At the same time, Andreas Blom presented the benefits of the TSO-DATA DMS Connector using the example of complaints and claims processing. Documents and images can be stored here as early as the goods acceptance/reclamation stage and can thus be retrieved and securely archived at any time via the ERP system Business Central.
Thomas Hagedorn designed the final round with the presentation of two reference projects and vividly demonstrated the benefits and the future of further technical developments in the area of business solutions in the open discussion with the participants present.
Our conclusion - the customer day once again offered a lot of knowledge with added value in this hybrid format and was very informative for our customers and the users. We are already looking forward to the next events - by the way, you can find the dates of our other webcasts in 2022 here.
